With 9+ years of experience, I have mastered the end-to-end product portfolio optimization process, created product obsolescence procedures from scratch, and led a 10-member team. I have also successfully completed a one-year project in Switzerland as an onsite manager, supporting quality engineering and product discontinuation. I am skilled in quality management (ISO 13485), risk management (ISO 14971), obsolescence (End of Life), technical file remediation, product realization, supply chain management, design history file update, medical device regulations (MDR), test method validation, statistical process control, and other quality-related activities. I have also obtained certifications in engineering design for manufacturing, agile foundations, and project management foundations. I am proficient in following the waterfall and agile scrum frameworks, preparing project management plans, conducting internal audits, and supporting ISO audits.
