I possess 23 years of experience focused on maintenance management and reliability processes in electrical distribution, control, and instrumentation across various sectors including Power System-EPD, Industrial, Marine, and Oil & Gas in the Middle East and India. My expertise lies in product management, safety procedures, technician training, service delivery, and customer support for both CAT and non-CAT products, CAT connect systems, and factory equipment. This enables me to efficiently execute projects and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. As an accomplished E&T CAT Connect & Technical Support Supervisor with strong project management skills and extensive technical knowledge, I have a proven track record of taking ownership, delivering results, and successfully leading large and diverse teams of technical experts. I consistently meet expectations within budget, timeline, and quality & regulatory standards. Over the past 18 years, I have held technical communication and project engineering roles. Currently, I am supervising E&T CAT Connect & Technical Support teams at Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar, where I serve in a dual role of technical support and CAT Connect Support management. My responsibilities span EPD, marine, industrial, and oil & gas applications, covering CAT engines, generators, and non-CAT panels across Gulf Countries in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Muscat, Kuwait, and Bahrain. I excel in managing complex engineering projects, product maintenance, performance, and communication protocols, as well as implementing warranty procedures in line with CAT recommendations to ensure consistent project quality. I have a proven ability to develop aggressive transformation plans, implement turbocharged processes, and handle multi-dimensional technical integrations and product performance management. With my experience, I effectively engage with stakeholders from various functions. Prior to my role at Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar, I worked with GMMCO Limited, Covanta Samalpatti Operating (P) Ltd, and Shree Abirami Engineering Works. In terms of education, I hold a B. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management. Additionally, I am certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, NLP practitioner, and TLC Leadership.
