Sound interpretation knowledge on Technical Drawings and measurement with conventional measuring instruments, Zeiss CMM & CMM [FARO Arm] especially GD & T. 1.Perform all QC Inspection activities in accordance with the procedures, Applicable codes, standards and specifications. 2.Follow up the NDT process and hands on LPI & MPI NDT inspections. 3.Liaise with 3rd Party Surveyors ABS/DNV/ Lloyd's Register Asia and demonstrate the manufactured equipment met the requirement specified by them 4.Preparation and submission of QC reports as per Client or API requirements 4.Interface and coordinate with operation & clients/third party inspection agencies for all related Inspection activities 5.Responsible for entire measuring instruments calibration and maintained their Documents. 6.Maintaining Calibration Equipment’s and Review Certificate. 7.Incoming Inspection and In-process Inspection According to Procedures and Customer specifications & quality standards 8.Keep all the data in computer system and print and keep in file. 9.Establish exemplary personal conduct at all levels to maintain the respect of subordinates, superiors and clients
