With over 30 years of work experience, I am a passionate and visionary leader in the healthcare sector. I am currently the partner and Director at Browndove Healthcare, the largest Indian Dialysis devices manufacturer, played a major role in making it one of the most vibrant multi-product multi-location health care companies in India. I am proud that I could conceive and provide innovative and affordable solutions that improve the quality of life and well-being of millions of people. I value collaboration, diversity, and social responsibility and bring unique perspective and experience to the team. My core strengths are spotting manpower talent, nurturing and growing them, growth strategies, building sales / distribution channels, value systems, brand creation, nurturing and trust with all stake holders. As the Director at Browndove Healthcare, I built and grew sales and marketing operations, global and Indian growth partners and strategic growth directions. I have successfully transformed the company to a focussed dynamic organization with multiple products and locations across India and grew to 100.00 Cr size.I have also led the development and launch of several new and innovative products that addresses the emerging needs and challenges of the healthcare industry. Some of my achievements include acquiring large captive customer businesses, expanding the market share and revenue multifold over sustained time periods and establishing multiple partnerships and collaborations with other stakeholders in the sector. Identifying gaps in the market and addressing them with right products gave rich dividends during our growth. My deep exposure to patient monitoring, anaesthesia, ventilation and other Critical care products, Imaging & radiology, radiation oncology and pulmonology devices and high end equipment’s adds depth and breadth of healthcare devices knowledge. I will be delighted to share and guide my knowledge and experiences with small and large enterprises, Indian and global for their growth.
