I am an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) and a Registered Early Childhood Educator with a comprehensive academic background, including Bachelor's degrees in Science and Education from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. I also hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Algonquin College, which has further enriched my foundational knowledge and practical skills in early learning environments. With over eight years of diverse professional experience, I have worked across multiple sectors, including more than three years in the food industry, two years in teaching, and three years dedicated to early childhood education. This wide-ranging background has strengthened my adaptability, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse populations. My teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of pre-planning, punctuality, and strong work ethics to ensure a productive and engaging learning experience. I am proficient in classroom management, behavior management, supervision, and providing individualized instruction through one-on-one training. I believe that fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, along with continuous skill development, is essential to student success and personal growth.
