I lead a team of more than 150 employees across multiple stores, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from L.P. University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to manage the financial and strategic aspects of the business. In my current and previous roles, I have developed and applied strong competencies in forecasting, apparel, multi-store operations, and store management. I have successfully increased sales, reduced costs, improved inventory, and enhanced service quality for my stores and clusters. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services to our customers, while aligning with the company's vision and values.
