In last 26+ years, I have had privilege to work with esteemed organisations as Mahindra and Mahindra,Piaggio,Apollo Tyres,JSW-MG motor India. Currently I have accepted new responsibility to lead with the Off highway global top brand BKT. I am upscaling myself in the industry,from pure mechanical to technological advanced trends as ESC,ADAS,Connecting cars, intelligent tyres,EV and HEVs. I am specialised in vehicle dynamics & vehicle attributes with long detail professional experience at domestic and international test tracks on complete vehicle as well as vehicle dynamics related evaluations with many global experts in the industry. My versatile experience spans in market studies, benchmarking, concept creation, proto developments, Validation, Labs and test facilities development,NPD processes, new R&D team development,content creation,Quality systems,ESG/EHS to internal -external customer satisfaction measurements and organisation culture development. As a lead, I was member of team which significantly boosted brand image and market share, achieving growth from 17% to 30% in 7 years, by developing new business with multiple OEM customers in both domestic and international markets. With my passion for people performance & transformations,I am also certified, expanding and practicing my skills in human potential leveraging & transformations and expanding my skills in HR management, product management, and strategic leadership.
