About Satish Kumar Adari

As a dedicated doctoral researcher, my focus lies in investigating dynamic soil properties, with a particular emphasis on liquefaction, through advanced element tests such as cyclic triaxial testing, scaled model tests involving shake table experiments, and numerical modeling. I'm actively seeking collaboration opportunities in the realms of dynamic soil properties, soil-structure interaction, sustainable construction materials, structural retrofitting, rehabilitation, and the application of G-filters. My journey began as a Quality Manager at Aditya Engineering College's Concrete Technology & Highway Material Testing Laboratory. I played a pivotal role in crafting state-of-the-art Quality Manuals and Quality System Procedures, aligning them with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 guidelines. Under my stewardship, the lab achieved its maiden NABL accreditation, setting a benchmark for academic institutions. With hands-on experience in testing a wide array of materials including soil, cement, concrete, aggregates, bitumen, steel, bricks, and blocks, I extended my expertise by offering technical consultancy. I had the privilege of training testing engineers in various laboratories across the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. I also embarked on a journey as an NABL consultant, specializing in both quality management and technical aspects. Through my consultancy services, I helped numerous laboratories attain accreditation, consistently achieving this with minimal non-conformities (NCs) and maintaining an impeccable 100% success rate.
