Our focus has been to help our client companies develop their business through technology solutions by offering them solutions which help to create value addition to them while also improving their business processes by leveraging emerging technologies. In the last 25 years of my work life, my experience has spanned from Sales & Business Development to Global Talent Acquisition, Client Engagement and Operations Management. My 11+ years at Introlligent have been the most fulfilling, where I have had the opportunity to contribute in so many different fields such as Client Engagement, Account Mapping of different SBU's within the client landscapes and expanding our business presence within these landscapes. Setting up a few of our offices in India including the IT infrastructure and vendor and property management. Managed and supervised as a hands on member for our talent acquisition teams helping our clients in the US/India and APAC get quality resources. I have been involved in strategy discussions with our Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, Finance and Admin teams. I have had the opportunity to travel to all our office and client locations around the world.
