Over the past 2–3 years, I have built my UX and product management expertise through freelance design projects, professional training, and enterprise-level work at companies such as Adobe and Mitsubishi Fuso. My focus is on improving digital experiences through user-centered design, localization, and data-driven optimization. I collaborate closely with global and local teams to manage website updates, implement A/B testing, and align UX improvements with business goals. Before transitioning into the tech and design field, I spent more than a decade managing compliance, operations, and cross-functional projects in highly regulated environments.
