In my previous job, Mujin, I was responsible for finding and hiring the greatest minds to join our growing team of robotics innovators. Mujin is a leading company that develops and provides industrial robot intelligence solutions to transform the world for the better. I have more than 6 years of experience in business-side/technical recruiting, working with various companies in the robotics and engineering fields. I have successfully sourced, screened, and hired multiple candidates for different roles and levels, using various platforms and direct recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn, and Lever. I have also contributed to creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies, processes, and policies to attract and retain top talent.
