Over the past decade, my career in HR has taken me through airlines, logistics, e-commerce, Edtech, and health tech, each industry teaching me something new about people, growth, and what it truly takes to build resilient organizations. I’ve always believed that great companies are built on trust and purpose. My work focuses on connecting people strategy with business goals, creating environments where performance, learning, and leadership development go hand in hand. Data helps me see patterns, but it’s people who give them meaning. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and fitness. Training keeps me grounded and reminds me that progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency, discipline, and the will to keep showing up. Those same values shape how I lead, coach, and grow alongside the people I work with.
