About Satu Marjo

My strenghts are in the area of operations management, production management, SCM or development projects (incl. LEAN). I am an experienced operations, production and project management professional with excellent communication skills. I am able to think objective and manage the big picture. I have problem solving skills and skills for lean manufacturing and lean thinking. I am a development-oriented and experienced industry professional with a primary focus on, but not limited to, operational development (productivity, lead time, quality, safety) and production development. I have strong analytical skills, ability to quickly and accurately assess new situations and identify potential approaches and/or solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems. I am a realistic and a logical thinker, organisation builder and aware of the whole organisation and all of its subsystems. I feel urge to correct inefficient procedures and systems so that things move in the right direction. I prefer to focus on big picture instead of being too detailed, and to see new possibilities and ways of doing things.
