About Satwik Mudgal

I am leading the Quantis Switzerland's Food & Beverage sector. I've spent my career building and delivering on Sustainability strategies for small and large organisations. I am convinced that corporates need to dig deeper in their own supply chains to address the issue of Scope 3 emissions. Companies also need to re-invent their products to reduce their emissions while gaining competitive advantage, leading to increased market share. All of this is possible and happening, what matters is which side of aisle you are on. I am a Yale graduate in Environmental Management, a multi-disciplinary sustainability professional who has worked in several different cultures (India, US and EU) and several different sectors; started in public, moved to non-profit, then academia, large FMCG, finance and finally in consulting. The common thread across my career has been one & only - Sustainability. I believe in the power of positive influence by employing excellent communication skills. I am a fast learner (no time to waste) and passionate about keeping my learning curve steep. I believe in servant leadership and have a growth mindset.
