Currently working as a Technical Lead at Tech Mahindra since 2022. Here we support various types of systems and platforms. As part of my role, we install, configure and maintain the entire physical and virtual data center infrastructure. Quorum health is of our biggest client and we provide extraordinary support to our clients and end users. Having 8.6 years of experience on Windows and VMware administration. we will support all data center level activities includes create, test, deploy, installtions, configuration and daily maintenance. Entuity, solar winds, HP Open view are our primary monitoring tools. Good experience on supporting remote physical servers by using HP ILO and DELL iDRAC. Worked at UHG from 2016-2022. My role is Senior Systems Management Analyst in INDIA team and my responsibilities are end to end support for Call Recording and Analytics Applications and its infrastructure. we support various Vendor applications like NICE Engage & Qfiniti Call recording, Nexidia Hosted Solution & Real Time Authentication Manager Applications. Basically UHG is a HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY and having 100's of Call centers running on various regions in the world to support the company products. To provide continuous support to business partners and their applications, we have setup a Contact Center Environment in UHG platform and deployed of servers in two data centers at USA which includes Physical and Virtual servers. we will provide various kinds of support to our business partners, internal/external users in terms of understanding their needs and fulfilling their requirements. Primary Responsibilities -Provide support to internal & Vendor applications to address all kinds of issues-Applying hotfixes and patches to applications to ensure security and up to date with latest versions-Conducting meetings with Vendor and Business to understand their needs and fulfilling all requirements-Providing end to end support for P1-P5 priority tickets and regularly updating the VBF's -Resolve all user access and permission issues-Add/delete users from Applications and data bases as per business requests-Regularly validating the applications to ensure its up and running 24/7 -Created automated scripts for regular and daily monitoring activities. we are providing various levels of support to our users including end to end Application, Database, Server and partial Network support. Certifications completed - ITIL v4 Foundation- MCSE 2012 Server Infra- VMware Vsphere 6.5 - SIP for Contact Center.
