1-Currently with Mahindra Swaraj division alone responsible for surface coating quality including 3 plants. Handling in-house as well as supplier quality which will include 130 suppliers to take care. Looking after alone for the departments NPD, SQI, R&D,RQI,SQI,CQA and in-house paint shop for paint related concern and development. 2-Previously with Hero MotoCorp having work Experience in ABS/Sheet Metal Paint shop planning, production, Control and painting process New Paint development at line, Booth balance, Production planning control basically for ABS Production line and for Sheet Metal line. Problem solving methods like 7 QC tools, Kaizen, 5S,TPM,Warrenty,Part dismantling at Frame assembly. I am also looking after Sunday maintenance of paint shop. Total 269 Manpower handling experience. 3-Carrier Starting with PPG Asian Paint I was looking after OEM paint Costumers (Paint needed for Body in white means Automotive Coatings).Having work Experience in R&D Paint Development,Technical Support For customer’s, Quality, Paint plant production and in RM’S Regionalization field.Previously looking after all north customer’s like HMCl,HMSI,MUSCO,AG’s Varroc, Harley Davidson, CNH,Escort,HONDA Cars,SLD,M&M,TATA and BAJAJ. I have knowledge of polymer/Organic(Resin) synthesis, formulation/Shade Development, paint manufacturing and processing, testing and characterization according ASTM/HES/CNH and Indian standards, and knowledge of SAP and OPTIVA.
