About Saugata Ghosh

As a Client Partner / Account Executive in business and technology transformation services, I build new businesses, acquiring new clients, developing new uniquely differentiated services and successfully delivering outcomes for clients. I do this with a clear strategy, plan and persistence. Over the15+ years in leading business development and delivery, I have created several new ASX Top 10 clients, orchestrating strategy, creative design, data and technology services. I engage with both business and technology stakeholders and own the narrative end-to-end, from demand generation to closing and delivery. I combine full-cycle experience (business consulting - implementation - transformation management - business development) with deep understanding of my clients’ industries and priorities. My colleagues and clients see me as an “empathetic and authentic leader,” champion of a no consulting fluff culture” with “relentless focus on real outcomes and a lasting standard of excellence.”Account strategy || Demand creation and Market shaping || Opportunity management || Delivery management || Revenue and Profit management || Client relationship management || Partnership management || Account operations || Portfolio shift || Account based Marketing || Banking || Climate Risk || Financial Risk || Non-Financial Risk || Stress Testing || Operations Transformation || Process Optimisation || Automation || Enterprise Applications || Data & AI
