At Eagley Plastics Limited, I lead supply chain operations with a sharp focus on efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven improvement. Over the last fifteen years, I've developed deep expertise across the supply chain spectrum including direct and indirect purchasing, inventory and stock control, recycling, and external logistics. Blending operational know-how with technical fluency, I’ve introduced tools and automation that enhance visibility and performance. This includes coding bespoke systems/programs in Python & VBA alongside developing live dashboards powered by direct SQL refreshes to enable faster, smarter decision-making across the business. My approach is rooted in continuous improvement leveraging cost and value-added analysis to unlock savings, reduce waste, and align our supply chain with both commercial and environmental goals. The outcome has been more effective material management, tighter operational control, and a supply chain function that’s increasingly responsive and data-informed.
