About Saul Kemble

I have a business savvy that is a unique blend of common sense and thinking outside the box. My 25+ years of accounting experience has exposed me to so many different roles, I crave taking on new things! Technology excites me, and I am continuously looking for new ways to get things done, yet at the same time I highly value consistency, a well working system is a thing of beauty. I have a logical mind, that's often able to anticipate potential issues or problems before they even happen, and figure out alternatives in advance of them coming up, sort of an "if this, then that"​ programming approach. I am the kind of person that owns my mistakes, when I screw up I don't try to hide it. When I do find a problem I am not concerned with who is to blame, I'm concerned with how do we make it right and what do we do differently going forward so it doesn't happen again. I have learned that what we do becomes part of who we are, and I always push myself to do better. I believe in progress, not perfection. I believe true learning comes from understanding our mistakes because only by understanding them can we figure out what it takes to make things right.
