I have extensive strategic hr management and leadership experience spanning over 20 years across industries and in various roles all focused on the four core aspects of the business: business development, customer service, people management, and talent acquisition. I am passionate about people and nothing is more gratifying than placing a candidate that is happy and a client that echo’s my sentiment of great service and effectiveness. As a Consultant, I deliver a mix of strategic and operational hr advice in the Kenya and the East African region at large. I am also skilled in alternative dispute resolution at the workplace through negotiation and mediation. I am also accustomed to people development involving training, Coaching & Mentoring. I provide broad training in hr and communication expertise, personal branding, emotional intelligence, voice training, leadership and mentoring for high performance. I very well handle complex change projects for organizations.
