Saul has over 14 years of multi-sector corporate experience, including the past 8 years within the Technology sector. As an Account Director, Saul delivered ICT professional services and tailored business solutions to a diverse clientele, including the Australian Federal Government, the Australian Defence sector, and more recently, various commercial organizations based in the UAE and KSA. Saul's success in consultancy and professional services was a driving force behind the consistent year-on-year growth he achieved during his time at Aurec Group and Chalfont Consulting. In his current role as Head of Growth & Corporate Partnerships at Nathan HR, Saul is focused on elevating the client experience. He leads initiatives around continuous service improvement, strategic client engagement, and innovation - ensuring Nathan HR’s offerings remain responsive, relevant and fit for purpose. Outside of his corporate leadership, Saul is the founder of Driven to Mastery Group. As a Certified Professional Life Coach, he is passionate about helping people reach their personal and professional goals.
