With over 15 years of experience in core banking, I am a project management professional who leads large and complex engagements in the financial and banking domain. As the Manager-Core Technologies at Dubai Islamic Bank, I manage the core banking platform and related initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions that meet the business and regulatory requirements. I have progressed from an application developer to a business-focused solution architect, delivering enriched consulting experiences to customers across geographies. I have proven capabilities in managing the entire digitization journey, from requirements gathering and analysis, to design, delivery, implementation, migration, and reporting. I have extensive core banking domain knowledge, with specialization in banking products comprising of CASA, deposits, loans, interest and charges, Islamic liabilities, Islamic profit distribution, trade, and Islamic financing. I am also abreast with the latest advancements in fintech, and have obtained a certification in innovation and transformation in financial services from NUS Business School Executive Education.
