About Saumya Garg

With over 4 years of professional experience, my core competencies lie in financial planning and analysis, strategic supply chain redesign, sales forecasting, P/L management and governance. As a Senior Manager (Finance) at Procter & Gamble, I currently lead finance for a manufacturing plant with 300+ workforce. I have worked extensively on driving business value through loss elimination, supply network innovation and massive org restructurings, alongside championing org leadership initiatives. In my earlier role at P&G, I had the tremendous opportunity to set up governance frameworks and integrate the recently acquired Merck Healthcare business with P&G business processes. I managed P/L for the exports segment of the category and my expertise in data analytics using Power BI was instrumental in generating market insights which led to top-line and bottom-line growth.Prior to CA qualification, I completed 3 years of my internship at Deloitte India leading statutory and internal audits at some of the biggest clients spanning across multiple industries. I also got the chance to co-lead audits in emerging and modern industries like Digital Banking and Diplomatic Missions in India.I have a passion for event management and have led teams/partnered for multiple P&G annual conferences and team offsites!
