My strategic approach to managing licenses and advocating for beneficial policies has been pivotal in our team's success. Deep knowledge of India and International Telecom regulations and policy affairs. Key expertise in Indian Licensing framework including Unified Access, NLD, ILD, Data, ISP, Media Communications, DTH, VSAT, Teleport and VNO Licenses and ongoing operational and policy issues. key expertise include inter operator relationships, new license roll out, Lawful interception, interconnection agreements, DoT approvals, TEC approvals, network rollout, inter operator settlements, Government Liaison, Coordination with DoT, TRAI, various Ministries (like DIPP, MEIT, MIB, MOF etc.), Industry Associations and other private operators. etc. During my Presidency at ACTO, my leadership extended to influencing public policy, fostering collaborations with stakeholders, and promoting corporate interests in alignment with regulatory frameworks. My expertise in areas like IoT, cloud computing, Data privacy, AI, Lawful interception & monitoring, Internet exchange, CDN, M2M, CCaaS, etc has been instrumental in advancing the organization's objectives and contributing to the dynamic field of data protection and cross-border data flow regulations.
