Have spent the past several years evangelizing an industry-wide shift to new emerging technologies and have built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business models, and building out channel programs helping customers and partners preparing for the future by leveraging ecosystems, continuing digital innovation, and adopt an agile business mind-set My expertise spans strategic planning, product roadmap development, and executing innovation initiatives that have significantly impacted business outcomes and customer experiences. I'm passionate about leveraging technology to create a world that works better for people, aligning closely with my goal of contributing to meaningful engagements being a trusted advisor for the Customer backed with innovation, research and solution led approach on their respective domains. At Tata Communications, strategic planning and product roadmap development are the cornerstones of my role as Associate Vice President. Our team has been steering the Customer Interaction Suite, focusing on growth strategy for the coming years and addressing evolving market dynamics to deliver on our Annual Operating Plan for the region. Previously, as General Manager, I established the Global M2M Communications portfolio, fostering partnerships that enabled borderless roaming and grew the Enterprise Business Messaging function. Our collaborative efforts are focused on optimizing business cases and enhancing solution alignment, thereby ensuring our services meet the stringent demands of a dynamic technological landscape.
