The responsibility includes Service Delivery & Service Assurance of BSUs (Base Station Unit) and SUs (Subscriber Unit). • Service Delivery- Ensure the completion of NOC AT tests, stability tests, acceptances, RAMP entry, reversion and clearance of punch points for a smooth acceptance of the installed RF circuits into operations. • Point-to-Point RF Last Mile Solutions. • Coordinating with backbone service provider section like NLD, MAN, ITMC in case the one goes down and ensure minimal downtime for customers. • Network performance and customer monitoring through NMS, Whats-up-Gold, and EMS & Bandwidth Monitors like MRTG. • Providing on line support to customers in case any queries in WAN connectivity, flapping, slow Browsing by appropriate deployment of WAN devices. • Driving Customer complaints pertaining to outage. • Co-ordination with vendors for resolving faults. • Providing Network Solution solutions to clients on Radio Links (VPN, ILL, and SILL). • Configuration, Troubleshooting & Installation of Wireless Radios, Access Points, Wi-Fi Devices etc. Specialties: o Wimax - SD & SA, Migration, Installation, Acceptance Test. o MMDS - SD & SA, Installation, Acceptance Test. o RF-Links (Point-to-Point)- SD & SA, Installation, Site Survey, Acceptance Test.
