My learning track is defined by a relentless commitment to creating enduring value—scaling a PE-backed startup into a unicorn, driving high-velocity market expansion for a global corporation, leading high-impact turnarounds, spearheading large-scale digital transformations, or institutionalizing governance in complex organizations to ensure sustained growth and resilience. At ACT Fibernet, I was part of the founding management team that transformed a nascent idea into one of India’s fastest growing and largest consumer technology brands, achieving $300M in revenue and unicorn status within a decade. By leading with an inverted pyramid philosophy, putting customer experience at the core—we built a market-leading position in a fiercely competitive industry. Key to this success was our ability to anticipate trends, embrace cutting edge technology, driving high impact partnerships, fostering a culture of resilience & ambition and creating a sense of urgency in action. This was a transformative and enriching experience for us, working alongside an illustrious Board and forward-thinking private equity partners, making bold early bets on opportunities while building resilience to navigate black swan events with agility and foresight. What has given me the greatest personal gratification is guiding functional leaders with an integrated, mission-driven approach, ensuring alignment across every facet of the organization.
