Designed the "Completeness, Accuracy, Timeliness"(C.A.T.) control framework and deployed auto-closure rules that achieved 95% Straight-Through Processing (STP), directly saving 15 FTEs.Innovation & Cloud Strategy: Built the AWS-based "Self-Service Replay" capability. This tool empowered Operations teams to independently fetch, fix, and resubmit historical data via UI, eliminating the need for Engineering intervention during audit remediation.Data Governance: Deployed a "Two-Tier Reconciliation" architecture (Internal-to-Internal & Internal-to-External) to ensure mathematical data integrity from the Trade Store to the Regulator.Prior to Barclays, I led Data Quality initiatives for CCAR Stress Testing at Deutsche Bank and executed critical OATS remediation at UBS.I am passionate about the intersection of Regulation, Data, and Technology.
