About Saurabh Randive

As a motivated and passionate engineer, I am currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Technical Management at Hochschule Emden/Leer in Germany, with an expected course finish date of 09/2024. My academic background in mechanical engineering from PES College of Engineering in India, combined with my professional experience, has prepared me for a successful career in the engineering industry. During my academic career, I have gained valuable insights into various aspects of engineering, including project management, marketing, quality and innovation management, business management, and production systems. Through visits to companies like Philips and Volkswagen, I have gained practical knowledge of real-world manufacturing operations and purchasing processes. Additionally, I have participated in various workshops and competitions, such as Sales forecasting and pricing for Muesli Business, and managed projects as a SCRUM master for PacMan Game. My professional experience includes an internship at Bosch GmbH where I worked on an innovative stage product on autonomous vehicles assisting the project manager and business development manager. As a trainee engineer at Gayatri Auto Components, I monitored a smooth flow of ongoing projects and worked on designing sliders and holders for HPDC dies and injection molding using CAD software, operated CMM at the quality inspection department, assumed responsibilities for cross-checking hardware with the bill of material. I also had an opportunity to work with the marketing department to conduct market research and do campaign management. I have developed technical skills in Project management, market research, business development, lead generation, market analytics, CAD designing and Microsoft Office, and I was also involved in the development of the mounting systems for fastening rails and plates within a facility for the Hyperloop outdoor laboratory as part of The Hyperloop Project. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into the design and development process for complex mechanical systems through my involvement in the ATV competition during my bachelor's degree. As a fluent speaker of English, and Hindi, and with a B1 level of proficiency in German, I am well-equipped to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy computer gaming and table tennis. With my strong academic background, professional experience, and technical skills, I am confident that I will make a valuable contribution to any engineering team
