About Me I’m an MBA graduate with a background in clinic operations, healthcare administration, and team leadership. I approach my work with a research-oriented mindset and a strong focus on solution-based problem-solving, especially in fast-paced and evolving healthcare environments. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Centre Director at London Eye Centre, a leading ophthalmology clinic specializing in LASIK and PRK surgeries. My role involves supporting day-to-day clinical operations, contributing to quality improvement efforts, and playing an active part in aligning processes with accreditation standards — all while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. In addition, I work as a Frame Stylist with Optical London Drugs in Vancouver, where I apply both clinical knowledge and customer service skills to support patients in making confident, informed choices. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Optometrist and Operations Manager at Gautam’s Divya Drishti Eye Care in India, a busy eye care facility. There, I led clinic operations and staff training while contributing to more efficient patient flow and a stronger team culture. I had the opportunity to volunteer with Canada Together 2025 for Canada Day celebrations, which reinforced my commitment to teamwork, inclusivity, and community engagement.
