I am currently working as a Co-Op in MODINE MANUFACTURING COMPANY as a Industrial Engineering and also pursuing my master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management at Oklahoma State University, where I am dedicated to integrating my mechanical engineering foundation with advanced insights in data-driven decision-making. My objective is to leverage this unique blend of education and experience to innovate and optimize industrial processes, driving better efficiency and productivity. My professional journey has equipped me with hands-on experience in various aspects of industrial engineering: At Elite Mega Tooling, I served as a Junior Supervisor, overseeing the entire product process. I was instrumental in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company production objectives. By regularly monitoring KPIs such as production output, cycle time, and resource utilization, I was able to discern trends and drive data-driven enhancements. I actively engaged in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste, utilizing data analysis, root cause examination, and implementing process enhancements, including lean manufacturing methods, automation, and technological advancements. At S P AUTO, I held the position of Senior Engineer in the Production and PPC department. My role involved overseeing production processes to ensure smooth operation and efficiency, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. I collaborated with the production team to establish optimal schedules and adapt to meet demand. Additionally, I conducted time studies to accurately gauge task durations, identifying areas for productivity improvement. I utilized various time study techniques and tools for data collection, analysis, and provided recommendations to optimize production efficiency. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a growing expertise in industrial management, I am passionate about contributing to the field of industrial engineering by driving innovation and optimizing processes for maximum impact.
