With over 6 years of experience in US Mortgage I have developed a comprehensive understanding of credit underwriting guidelines for FNMA and FHLMC for both purchase loans and refinances. I have lead a team to work as per client requirements and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for loan products. I review and analyze loan documents confirm all system information is up-to-date and complete and maintain daily workflow prioritization to ensure pipeline management meets required productivity. Also I served as a Loan Processor/Loan Officer Assistant where I managed the entire loan process from registration of files on the lender portal ordering FHA# and VA# order and review of title reports/title documents ordering appraisal reports and coordinating with AMC company and appraiser. I also conducted third-party calling to update HOI policies ordering payoff subordinations VOE VOM and submitting COC for restructuring the file if needed. Before transitioning into the US Mortgage broker industry I worked as an Appraisal Desk Order Specialist where I was responsible for verifying borrower information checking on appraisal report payments assigning orders to appraisers taking follow-up for inspection scheduling date and time and updating the system with accurate dates. Additionally I was responsible for generating login credentials for new vendors by filling information in the system for appraisal requests verifying borrower details and updating the system accordingly requesting title tax transcripts appraisal pull data verify report flood cert and reviewing all loan documents for secondary market pre-purchase review. Overall I have gained experience in various aspects of US Mortgage and have demonstrated strong organizational communication and process skills.
