As a Reliability Analyst, I apply my business intelligence skills to design, develop, and deploy strategies that enhance the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure and systems.Gather all the project requirements analysing, refining, synthesising, translating and ensuring to put them together into Business case documents and Functional operations.Creating structured data tables from different data sources and put them in database identifying the true constraints to make the linkage efficient,aim in employing the process optimization strategies to modernize and automate customer experience. Extensive hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau and Advanced Excel by translating them into operational dashboards and performance related insights leveraging Agile methodology skillset in Jira and Confluence for Project Management activities. I have a Bachelor of Computer Application from Calcutta Institute Of Engineering And Management, where I studied computer science. I am motivated by learning from dynamic and ever-changing situations in the IT industry.
