About Saurav Pokhrel

For the past 5 years now, I have been working as a Project Manager and a Scrum Master at Leapfrog working for both startup and enterprise level clients. I am a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSMII) from Scrum.org. As an Agile Practitioner, my goal is to set the right process for software development that provides maximum value to my clients and productive work culture for my team. I have an MSc in Business Psychology from UK. Employee Engagement, Team Management, Training and Recruiting are some of the soft skills I have acquired through this course. Before that, I had worked as Sales and Marketing Manager for four years right after completing my MBA. That's right, I also have an MBA degree. I have also been associated with few colleges as Teaching Faculty. My subject of interests are Sales, Marketing, Strategy and People Management.
