My background includes extensive work in Business Requirement Gathering, leading JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. I have specialized knowledge in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and have worked across various domains including inpatient and outpatient services, reimbursement methodologies, member enrollment, and billing. My expertise extends to both Medicare and Medicaid, and I’ve been directly involved in the Facets 4.21 implementation and conversion projects.
