I am a dynamic Quality Engineering professional with over 5 years of experience in quality assurance and process improvement across manufacturing industries like Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Sheet Metal industries. My expertise lies in implementing robust quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product reliability. Currently, as a Quality Engineer at Therm-x of California, I lead the Part Qualification Process (PQP), overseeing critical activities such as PFMEA, PFD, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). I manage the Discrepant Material Report (DMR) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, conducting thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). My focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) allows me to monitor and optimize metrics like First Pass Yield, On-Time Delivery, and Cost of Quality. My previous role at Pharma Spares Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai further strengthened my quality engineering skills through hands-on inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Collaborating closely with design and production teams, I effectively resolved customer complaints and enhanced product quality through diligent oversight of quality documentation. With a strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies, ISO standards, and quality management tools, I am committed to fostering a culture of quality and excellence within organizations. I hold an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of both engineering principles and business strategies.
