About Savannah Cribb

As a Registered Nurse from 2017 to the present, I have been employed on very high-turnover floors in fast-paced environments with assignments of four to seven patients (depending on the unit). I have gained valuable time management, and prioritization skills as each patient's care plans frequently change throughout the day. I have further developed my interpersonal, inter-cultural communication skills as I am the primary contact among patients, their families, and other healthcare team members during high-stress episodes. As the primary advocate for my patients, I have learned to respond quickly to changes in patient status, reprioritize tasks throughout the day as needed, and carry out and delegate tasks with a positive and confident attitude.
