Public health practitioner and lifelong humanitarian, driven by a commitment to addressing health disparities and advancing health equity. I hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Health (with Honors) and Sociology from Florida State University, with complementary minors in Political Science and Psychology. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of South Florida, specializing in Global Communicable Diseases and Epidemiology. My passion lies in clinical research that improves health outcomes for minority communities and reduces systemic health disparities. Growing up in an underserved community, I witnessed firsthand the urgent need for equitable healthcare solutions. This fuels my dedication to public health, epidemiology, and research. With the expertise I am building through my education and experience, I aspire to contribute to clinical research, advocate for evidence-based interventions, and help shape a healthcare system that prioritizes the needs of marginalized populations.
