My career began in executive leadership at Target, where I advanced quickly, managing high-volume stores, district executive teams and scaling large teams while building & mentoring future leaders. Beyond corporate retail, I have overseen statewide operations and distribution networks, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and system-wide alignment across processes, people, and technology. I have also been selected by five global consulting firms in invitation-only Subject Matter Expert roles, advising executives on operations, retail distribution, supply chain strategy & beyond at both national and international levels. Additionally, I have been offered various board & business partner positions My educational foundation includes an Associate’s in Robotics & Engineering (Japan), a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics (Hawaii Pacific University), and current pursuit of a Master’s in Organizational Development. I hold a Google Project Management certification and am actively studying Python programming (University of Michigan), IT Automation with Python (Google) & full-stack web development (Amazon) & Business Analytics with Excel (John Hopkins University) to further bridge operational leadership with technology-driven innovation.
