Savannah Schultz is a registered dietitian and graduate research assistant with the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center. She specializes in program evaluation and policy analysis and is responsible for evaluating the resource center’s activities. She is receiving her doctorate in Gerontology with a minor in public policy at Iowa State University. Savannah completed her Master’s in Diet and Exercise at Iowa State, where her thesis was the evaluation of an Administration for Community Living Innovation in Nutrition Grant.
