About Savannah Sharp

My bachelor prepared RN degree allows me to be able to provide direct patient care, collaborate with patients, families, peers, physicians and other members of the health care team in the delivery of safe quality care to the specific patient population. Trained in using the nursing process to assess patient's needs, plan care based on the hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures and standards. Deliver care based on the patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, language barriers, age, teaching needs, and readiness to learn. Demonstrate leadership/management skills and a commitment to professional accountability and growth. Demonstrate many worthy characteristics such as being hardworking, trustworthy, honest, working well with others, very organized, and set high goals which I strive to obtain. Possess immense compassion for others which allows me to provide safe quality care to my patients. Throughout both my clinical experiences as a student RN and as a CNA, I have demonstrated excellent patient care abilities.
