My background studies in biology and the environment allow me to perform well as a Regulatory Analyst. While working in the Regulatory field I have gained experience in software such as WERCS, SAP, ExESS/Lisam. I am responsible for preparation of accurate and timely Safety Data Sheets SDS(s) for the United States and Internationally. This involves effectively communicating with various departments within the company to collect the necessary information, analyzing the information thoroughly, researching relevant rules and regulations, and preparing the written response. After a year at pace I was asked to be a team lead for our client, Sabic. My team consisted of 4 members, including myself. My team lead skills were recognized and after a few months I was promoted to Group Leader/Supervisor supporting 5 clients and 10 direct reports. I enjoy being able to grow my leadership skills here at Pace while also continuing to do my technical work.
