I am a seasoned IT professional with expertise in Systems Quality Assurance. With outstanding time management and organization skills I am able to run concurrent projects and teams. Some of my most recent accomplishments include- application of context-driven approach in Agile Scrum environments for functional, integration, regression, performance, sanity and localization tests leading to successful projects for major releases of software, firmware and medical hardware devices- testing leadership of most engineering sustaining projects for neurology systems- creation, verification and validation of all Software Quality Assurance documentation required by Medical Devices industry - such as Validation and Verification Traceability Matrix, Validation and Verification Summary Reports, CAPA Investigation Reports, Metrics, etc- collaboration with software and hardware engineers in support of research and development; and documentation necessary for daily basis testing projects such as Verification Plans, Regression Analysis Documents, Test Protocols etc- collaboration with quality assurance and regulatory affairs in support of risk management activities, 510K submissions, etc- excellent rapport with customers in major hospitals in Canada and USA, where I travelled on-site for UAT supervision and training- appropriate defect investigation planning and execution by mimicking customer's environment - hardware, operating system, network and usage by creating Production Equivalent Testing Environments Setup- delivery of documentation, reference guide and knowledge base articles in Confluence to be used by trainers, technical service, field services and marketing teams.
