Savitha’s excellent track record has also got her to be selected for leadership and development programs such as Colgate’s Asian Leadership Program with China Europe International Business School(CEIBS),Shanghai and Train the Trainer for strategic training courses ranging from Shopper Marketing, Retail Category Development and Business Presentation Skills She has also won numerous awards under the Colgate’s You Can Make A Difference Award (YCMAD) for driving the Corporate Goal Alignment and other notables initiatives which has driven sustainable growth. Her shopper campaigns has won been instrumental to driving growth with esteemed customers and won awards with her esteemed customers over the years.
