Leadership and Strategies I am an entrepreneur that has driven revenue through R&D, go-to-market, and reimbursement strategies for biopharmaceutical, genomic, and molecular products. Through competitive analyses, I have monitored the molecular testing industry focusing on oncology, pharmacogenomics (PGx), and clinical services. From analysis summaries I have created presentations, product roadmaps, data-driven pricing, and reimbursement strategies by leading product development teams and cross-functional teams for mission-critical projects while managing up to 20 full-time employees (FTE). Commercialization and Product Development Trough professional relationships with key-opinion leaders (KOLs), business partners, and consultants, I have launched clinical genetic tests using multiple technology platforms. I was responsible for product development and commercialization of novel targeted genetic assays; including licensing from institutions such as Vanderbilt and John Hopkins. Sales Adoption and Education With a target goal of creating a global scientific presence, I have developed targeted messaging, product guides, market brochures, webinars, and videos for diverse customer segments. Through engagement at provider sites, company exhibitions, and workshops, I created surveys to capture customer feedback and drive product adoption. Clinical and Regulatory Operations To achieve the fastest path to market, I have been critical in obtaining federal and state clinical laboratory licenses. By leading multiple validation projects and implementation of laboratory-developed tests (LDTs), including generation of clinical reports, I was responsible for launching several products to market. I also authored standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established clinical laboratory end-to-end workflows for multiple operational settings, including cost optimization, quality assurance, and document control systems.
