Saxon Williams is the founder of Lyndhurst Recruitment and is a highly experienced business and recruitment professional with excellent industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts. After more than a decade focused on recruiting high calibre professionals in the financial, property, construction, architectural and engineering sectors he is now considered, by his peers, to be a leader in his field. He enjoys the challenge of filling executive vacancies as well as being an integral part of the resourcing strategy for large projects as he assists clients to achieve their talent acquisition goals. Saxon employs a consultative partnership approach that stimulates high levels of communication and collaboration between all stakeholders to ensure the desired results are achieved in an efficient and effective manner. With a history of leadership success and outstanding achievements in a variety of challenging environments Saxon can assist you with your latest recruitment project or challenge. Prior to founding Lyndhurst Recruitment he attended NSW University attaining a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Marketing. From 1986 - 1995 -National Marketing Manager of Nilfisk of Australia (100% owned subsidiary of the Danish Multinational NKT) specialising in Tender Management, product and pricing structures and Marketing to Distribution Channels. In 1997 - - National Marketing Manager of Sebel Furniture spear heading and winning the NSW Department of Education Furniture Contract $70 Million. In - 2001 he joined Bridge Consulting as Business Transformation Manager. Today Lyndhurst celebrates 15 years of assisting Clients to meet their talent acquisition goals.
