About Sayaka Baba

During my working experience in Japan, I helped my clients with good customer service. I have enough knowledge of trading, so I can provide information and advice for them. My thoughtful personality and knowledge make your customer needs satisfied. Also, I helped my team members who have a lot of paper works. I tried to find something to assist others in a team for making a good work environment. I am certified as a customs specialist in Japan. I’m really interested in the trade industry. I like learning new things and I am enthusiastic to work and study. I am proud of my ability to solve the problem practically. While I worked as an office clerk, I found that there was a problem we spend a lot of time to check parcels from customers. I solved this problem to make a checklist for customers to make sure they do not put items from banned from shipping to Japan. Also, I made a checklist for myself what I needed to do with my tasks. I can think logically what is important and make job flow smoothly.
