About Sayali Goyal

Cultural Curator Art Director and Anthropologist Sayali is the Founding Editor at India's first Independent print cultural publication called Cocoa and Jasmine that is distributed worldwide and facilities cross cultural collaboration. With her unique background in textiles travel design marketing and publishing she extends her services to cultural institutions and independent cultural brands by working on content curation art direction programming and brand consulting. Sayali has also been guest lecturer at Parsons School of Design New York Concordia University Montreal OCADU Toronto London College of Communication London UK and taken part in panel discussions at British Council India and conducted workshops at Nila Jaipur Bamford Foundation. She has contributed to esteemed publications like Assouline and Crafts Council UK Crafts Magazine and was recently featured on Selvedge magazine Hali Publication Monocle Radio and CBC Canada. Her curatorial craft project SAFED which highlighted handspun - handwoven textiles of India from various crafts communities was exhibited at London Design Festival 2019 and a recent textile show at India International centre during India Art Fair.
