Document Controller Sr.Lead Record Management • Provide training and assistance to project members on the use of EDMS. • Ensure all project documentation is co-ordinate as per Document Control procedures (i.e. number allocation facilitates, controlled distribution, close out ). • Supervise the performance of the Record Management Support in the day-to-day running of the Document Control activities, including tasks and workload scheduling. • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal personnel, to ensure that documentation complies with company procedures, metadata requirements, and transfer. • Interface as focal point for communication (Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction …etc) on change issues & requests. • Coordinate and work with other Document Controllers (on and offsite) to ensure consistency of process, and enforcement of Document Control procedures • Ensured that all documents related to engineering or constructions that require systematic, controlled capture, distribution. • Act as helpdesk to Project Engineers surrounding documentation matters. • Provide assistance and guidance to all personnel on use of DMS and associated applications. • Actively participate in suggesting and implementing continual improvement within the Document Control Area throughout the lifecycle of the Project. • Assist Engineering Manager on Quality Management System implementation. • Liaising with contractors document control center to ensure company corporate systems are implemented
