Strong Experience in the Quality Assurance field from 2011 till now :# Managing and following the implementation of a Food safety management system (FSMS) according to the BRCGS, FSSC and Yum requirements.# Following-up and supervising the implementation of the requirement of the IMS Integrated Management system "ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001".# Managing the site for successfully passing all external audits “second and third-party audits”.# Establishing the standard quality procedures (SOP) for all processes, and following the implementation and continuous improvement- Experience in QC field by managing the laboratory team and its activities including “tests, reports, devices maintenance and calibration, test methods, work instructions, and good laboratory practices “GLP” according to ISO 17025 requirements- Experience in plastic manufacturing techniques "extrusion, thermoforming, and Injection" for PET, and PP and ability for choosing the optimum raw material grades and the needed additives for getting the best products quality and to meet the customer needs and expectations- Setting the quality objectives complying with the company vision- The ability for contributing the Lean, and Six Sigma projects, and using quality tools (Pareto, Histogram, check sheet, Minitab.) to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and minimize the waste and defects.
